Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. Returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation.
How to Initiate a Return
- Visit hollisflax.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return authorization and shipping label.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order on our website. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items without original tags or packaging
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
